MAJLIS RAMAH TAMAH AIDILFITRI MERDEKA RAYA 2013
During the month of Syawal, my neighbourhood will be organized Ramah Tamah Aidilfirti 2013. Because its celebrated on 31 August 2013 ( MALAYSIAN INDEPENDENCE DAY) we called it MERDEKA RAYA. During the day, the mothers will cook together and races . They cook chicken curry, lemang, ketupat, kuah satay, durian porridge, and more. Then, the fathers cooperate set the stage and clean up our neighborhoods. It is so fun to see their great cooperation.
After Is'ya, the ceremony will start. The ceremony began with a prayer and the next is speech welcoming from the chairman. After hearing the speech, the child will be directed up to the stage to sing Raya song. All parents are happy to see their child on stage. Finished singing, the children will be given a little gift. I can see the joyful on their face. (even my childhood, i also makes performance on the stage to get "angpau" . hehe).
After that, all guests are invited to eat. seriously the food was very delicious! (feeling hungry. grrrrr!) Therefore, we are presented with many performance that night from our neighborhood. it was so fun to watched it. I also want karaoke with them, but migraine attack me. huh! LOL. (broken english =.=)..
lastly, its come to the end, we work together to clean up the place. Thats was very happening night for us. before i forget. i would like to wish HAPPY 56 INDEPENDENCE DAY MALAYSIAN!! MERDEKA MERDEKA MERDEKA !!!
